Upon review of my steps taken so far I notice that the above webpage (where I got SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) only mentions "Office 365 Office 2019 Office 2016 Office 2013". I created a new Windows user on another system running MS-Office 2019 and was able to easily connect to exchange server. Before uninstalling 365, 2019, or 2016 check in the MyAccount site to confirm that you can re-install from there. We then purchased and installed MS-Office 2019 but Outlook still presents the same error when trying to connect to Exchange server. Method 2: Completely uninstall Office with the uninstall support tool (SetupProdOffScrub.exe Which installs S.A.R.A.) Method 3: Remove manually (Registry Hack). We encountered an issue connecting Outlook 2003 toĪn exchange server that we could not resolve so we un-installed all MS-Office software and also ran SetupProd_OffScrub.exe downloaded from here: ![]() Outlook 2003, Word, Excel, Access were from other years. ![]() A computer system used to have several versions of MS-Office installed (including 2003, 2007, 2010). I'm not sure which forum to post my question.
